Description
A lovely bowl of mixed onions and shallots drawn with marker pens on a 200gsm mixed media paper. These marker pens are great fun to use and they allow layers of colour and tone to work together in rather an unusual way. I genuinely believe that it is good to try different media nd techniques on a regular basis, firstly to discover and explore, also to add to ones “quiver of tools” that help describe a subject. I love the feel and sound of materials on a surface they all have their own characters and nuances. i shall certainly be having another go with these delightful pens.
A bounteous harvest is something to relish at this time of year.
